Welcome to Liechtenstein - a tiny little German-speaking country of about 62 square miles, beautifully surrounded by mountains and nestled right in between Austria and Switzerland.
The Principality of Liechtenstein with its capital city of Vaduz has a population of less than 40,000 which makes it one of the smallest countries in Europe.
Since Liechtenstein doesn't have an international airport the easiest way to get there is by bus or car from Switzerland or Austria. There are no real border controls but if you're into collecting stamps from random countries, the lovely people at the main tourist office in Vaduz are more than happy to stamp your passport with a souvenir stamp for a small fee.
So let's check out this tiny gem!
